Victoria (Vicki) Hawks entered the employee benefits insurance industry in 1994 with Principal Financial Group selling financial products to help Businesses. She has worked with small boutique firms to large national consulting firms most recently with Aon Consulting and the Sullivan Group in Los Angeles, CA. Victoria's vast experience in analyzing, designing and implementing Employee Benefit programs has helped her develop a large range of clients in various industries. Victoria Hawks grew up in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. She is a member of the U of A Alumni Association and the Hispanic Alumni Association. She holds a bachelors degree in marketing and has been involved in local organizations such as Southern Arizona Association of Health Underwriters, Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, BIOSA & The Amercian Diabetes Association's B.A.D. Ride.
Victoria enjoys volunteering with the Gospel Rescue Rescue Mission, plays softball and when she has time rides her motorcycle to relax.
